Hi, I'm Cindy!

Just a few years ago, I was that woman—the 5 AM triathlete, the sales crusher, the disciplined, high-achiever who “had it all together."

Except… I didn’t.

Behind the perfect pace times and meal-prepped containers was a mind consumed by food rules. Bread was “earned.” Pizza meant punishment miles. The scale decided if I was winning at life or failing.

One morning, I went for a run and something cracked open. What if there’s another way?

It wasn’t simple or easy. I unlearned, relearned, and faced every food fear head-on.

I got my life back, and I was finally free.

Will there be recordings for the weekly calls?

Absolutely. Can’t make it live? No problem. All calls are recorded and uploaded, so you can catch up when you’ve got time. Coffee, headphones, go.
