Is this a weight-loss program?

No. We target the drivers of food noise (fuel gaps, rigid rules, stress patterns) and measure results by headspace, steadier weeks, and easier choices. Body changes vary.

How is this different from a diet?

No prescriptions, no pass/fail days. We lower food noise at the source—fuel, routines, stress patterns, learned rules—and use small, repeatable steps. Progress is headspace and steadier weeks, not compliance.

Is this Intuitive Eating?

I’m a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and those tools are in the kit when useful. The focus is lowering food noise at the source and building routines that hold—no new rulebook.

What if my schedule is chaotic or I travel a lot?

No worries at all, I got you. With 1:1 Coaching + Counseling, you choose the session times and cadence that fit your week. In The Food Freedom Blueprint group program, all weekly calls are recorded so you can catch up and stay on track.

I train hard (running/tri/strength). Will I be told to eat more?

We match fuel to work so training doesn’t turn into hunger noise later. Sometimes it’s more food; often it’s timing and content.

Do you offer payment plans?
